On the occasion of the upcoming Easter Holidays, Cafe Oranżeria Restaurant at Hotel Kossak has prepared a dedicated culinary offer for you. On Sunday (05.04) and Monday (06.04), in addition to our regular à la carte menu, we will be serving a seasonal insert created by our Head Chef, Michał Kuduk.
Easter Menu (seasonal insert to the standard menu):
Starter: Shime Saba marinated mackerel / potato gratin / crème fraîche
Soup: Roasted garlic and horseradish cream / quail egg / smoked bacon crunch
Main courses:
Dessert: Caramel cream / apricots / kumquat / oranges
