Easter 2026 at Cafe Oranżeria – holiday menu and reservations

On the occasion of the upcoming Easter Holidays, Cafe Oranżeria Restaurant at Hotel Kossak has prepared a dedicated culinary offer for you. On Sunday (05.04) and Monday (06.04), in addition to our regular à la carte menu, we will be serving a seasonal insert created by our Head Chef, Michał Kuduk.

Easter Menu (seasonal insert to the standard menu):

Starter: Shime Saba marinated mackerel / potato gratin / crème fraîche

Soup: Roasted garlic and horseradish cream / quail egg / smoked bacon crunch

Main courses:

  • Zander fillet / gribiche sauce / young leeks / sugar snap peas
  • Slow-cooked veal ossobuco / saffron risotto / caramelized carrots / gremolata

Dessert: Caramel cream / apricots / kumquat / oranges

Reservation terms: To meet our Guests’ expectations, please note that no prepayment is required for individual reservations. The standard deposit procedure applies only to group reservations (more than 6 people).
