Grzegorz is a culinary master with impressive experience gained in five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, both in the UK and throughout Europe. His culinary journey is a story of passion and the pursuit of perfection, grounded in collaborations with the greatest names in the world of gastronomy, such as Michel Troisgros, Michel Bras, Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, Heston Blumental, Daniel Boulud, and Tom Aikens. Working in such renowned establishments has constantly inspired him to create unique flavor compositions for special occasions that go beyond standard menus.

He is a graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu school, where he obtained the Grand Diplôme in cuisine and patisserie. His skills have also been recognized by the school itself, which entrusted him with the role of assistant in evaluating exams at its branches in London and Paris.

The year 2024 brought Grzegorz and his family business a special distinction – as the only ones in the entire UK, out of 13,000 entries, they received 3 stars at the Great Taste Awards for their exquisite, handmade chocolate pralines. The family business, which includes Crane Events, Crane Boutique, Crane Gourmet, and Crane Feasts (run by his son, Dexter Olejarka), specializes in catering prestigious large-scale events in the south of the United Kingdom.

Proof of the highest quality and trust is the long-standing, direct collaboration with the British Royal Palaces, including Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, Hampton Court, and Kensington Palace. His commitment to providing desserts and food of the highest class on a large scale was honored in 2024 by the Royal Family with a special award in recognition of his outstanding culinary services.
